PhD in Anthropology of Ibero-America from the University of Salamanca, Spain. Former Director of the Regional Museum of San Luis Potosí, Mexico (2019-2022). Currently, he is President of the international academic collective “Salamanca Research Group on Museums and Ibero-American Heritage” (GSIM). Professor-researcher with more than 18 years of teaching experience, he has directed and participated in research projects on topics related to cultural heritage, museums, social inclusion, native peoples and cultural diversity in Mexico.
