Representative of the Government of the City of Sawahlunto, Indonesia, with a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bung Hatta University, Padang. As a designated expert on cultural heritage and its conservation he played a very important role in the process of nominating and declaring the Ombilin Coal Mining Heritage in Sawahlunto as a World Heritage Site. He is currently the administrator of one of these UNESCO sites and has been a member of ICOMOS Indonesia since 2021.
