Sociologist and bachelor of Sociology in University of Concepción. Master’s degree in Social Sciences with a Specialization in Communication and a PhD in Territorial Policies and a local project at the Università degli studi Roma Tre (Italy). He currently works as a Post-Doctoral researcher in the Department of Urbanism, Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Geography (FAUG), of the University of Concepción.
